Cooling Water Ports for Mold Temperature Control Equipment (for vertical machine with rotary table)
Connection ports for the mold are installed on the top of rotary table. It enables easy connection of water system from temperature control equipment to the mold as well as secure and stable water circuit to the lower mold which is on rotating table.
Connection ports for temperature control equipment are on the left side of the machine. Ports for the lower mold are on the rotary table and ports for the upper mold are on the left side of upper platen.
* Connections between temperature control equipment and the machine, and between mold and the machine are not included.
Types of Equipment
1. 1 System/upper mold, 1 system/lower mold(s)
・Upper mold and lower mold(s) have a water system each (2 systems).
・When 2 lower molds used, 1 system is divided into 2 circuits with the temperature setting.
2. 1 System/upper mold, 2 sytems/lower mold
・Each 3 molds (1 upper mold and 2 lower molds) has individual water system (3 systems).
・2 Lower molds can have different temperature setting.
Mold Control Device （Vertical Rotary Table Injection Molding Machine)
For controling and status checking of mold, injection machine receives output signals from sensors attached on the mold. This device provides power sourse to those sensors and enables signal input to the injection machine.
Receptacles on the rotary table can be used for sensors on lower mold and receptacles on the side of upper platen are for sensors on upper mold.
*Wiring between sensor and receptacle is not provided.
1. Ejector Plate Return Confirmation Device
・ Position of ejector plate is confirmed by the sensor on mold.
2. Slice Core Return Confirmation Device
・ Position of slide core at the time of mold openning completed is confirmed by sensors on mold.
3. Mold Heating Device
・ Mold temperature is controlled by heaters.
・ 3 zones control (1 upper mold, 2 lower molds).
・ Temperature controller displayed on screen.
・ Temperature sensor attached (heater is not included).
Mold Drive Device (Vertical Rotary Table Injection Molding Machine)
When a drive (core cylinders) is equipped with by a die, it is necessary to let you transmit driving force (oil pressure and air) to a die. However, I have a problem that it has structurally difficult that I let you transmit it to the lower die in the rotary TABLE top. This optional device makes it possible to let a die drive drive while reducing the troublesome plumbing work, and minimizing the burden on worker.
1. Oil pressure driving means
In the case of oil pressure, driving force is necessary. In the machine body left side surface, I prepare for the connection tongue with the oil pressure unit and, also, prepare an oil pressure control valve for the TABLE top surface. Having oil pressure unit body or not is selectable. When you are necessary, please order capacity. About oil pressure unit - connection mouth, the plumbing of control valve - lower die, I would appreciate your preparation in customers.
In addition, outlet BOX to take in the signal of the cylinder is carried. (please refer to a clause of the Mold Control Device for the details.)
2. Air driving means
In the case of air, driving force is necessary. In the rotary TABLE type vertical plane, air is necessary by default. Thus, the air for the die drive lets you diverge from a utility part.
In addition, I will prepare an air control valve on the TABLE. About the plumbing of control valve - lower die, I would appreciate your preparation in customers. Outlet BOX is carried like oil pressure, too.
1.Interference with optional devices or other in TABLE
It cannot be equipped with the oil pressure driving means in the structure of the plumbing course at the same time with the Cooling Water Ports for Mold Temperature Control Equipment lower die 2 system.
If it is a lower die 1 system, it is mountable.
2.The oil pressure driving means to a lower die 2 system
It becomes to lower die two each up to one system (A side 1 system, B side 1 system).
When there are multiple die drives for a one type, it becomes the movement at the same time.
